1. Whether the spindle motor adopts high-precision bearing or not, if it does not use high-precision bearing, the indication is that the spindle motor will overheat after high speed rotation for long time, which will affect the service life of the spindle motor.
2. Rotation at different speeds, especially at high speed, and whether the sound is uniform and harmonious.
3. Whether the spindle is under radial force. The main reference is whether high - speed cutting of a hard material. Some spindles can only cut hard materials at a very low speed, otherwise the spindle will seriously lose rotation after a period of time, which will affect the spindle accuracy, or even cause some problems.
4. If we want to pursue high efficiency in processing, we need to process with high speed and large amount of knife at the same time. For example, if we want to process solid wood, we need a spindle motor of more than 1.8kw.
5. The spindle standard configuration of the carving equipment is different according to the equipment specifications
